Loved our week at Shell Cottage with older parents. It felt quite spacious & two toilets upstairs was a bonus! The seniors loved the walk in shower, and the bus stop being a minute away so they could adventure independently. The kitchen had everything we needed & downstairs worked well for meals & cosy evenings. The outside space to the front was very pleasant for morning coffee. The beds were super comfy & it's so quiet that everyone slept well. We parked outside the house all week no problems. Out & about there's so much to see, St Mawes is gorgeous & the nearby coastal walks are spectacular (park for free at Rocky Lane), we loved Trelissick (National Trust), Charlestown & Gorran Haven beach. It's a lovely holiday cottage: comfortable, inviting, clean and very well equipped. Grampound is a great location to explore Cornwall in all directions but also with a lot of sightseeing attractions nearby. Even beaches at the atlantic coast are reachable in good time. Parking outside next to the front door is no problem. We enjoyed our stay there much....

This cottage was very comfortable, quaint and spacious for our needs and we would definitely stay again when we came down in the future. Even though there was no allocated parking we found no difficulty in parking outside the cottage. The locals were very friendly and the nearby cafe and shop was very useful....
