This was our second visit to the property and we may well come again. Everything is so comfortable, beautifully decorated and clean. Even lots of groceries provided so you haven't got to rush out straightaway to get the basics. It has high ceilings and is really airy in hot weather. It would be lovely and cosy for a winter stay too....

Excellent property, comfortable, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Ideally situated within Exmouth. Lovely walks, beach across the road and a huge M&S food within a 10 minute walk. It suited us and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Extremely nice apartment. Ideal for a couple and well located for trips by train, boats or buses. Only 30 minutes to Exeter by train and highly recommend Topsham (11 minutes). Plenty of good walking. Car not necessary
