Extremely nice apartment. Ideal for a couple and well located for trips by train, boats or buses. Only 30 minutes to Exeter by train and highly recommend Topsham (11 minutes). Plenty of good walking. Car not necessary

Ideal location positioned very near to the beach and main shopping area in Exmouth. The accommodation backs neatly onto terraced housing with its own shared courtyard garden. The property was perfect, very comfortable and well with in our expectations, a perfect location with all amenities close by. with 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to town centre, what more could you ask for. we had milk, tea, coffee, cake and a bottle of prosecco to welcome us, thank you so very much for a perfect holiday stay Our little dog also had the best holiday too :) would recommended to anyone to stay here...

Seashells was in an excellent location, just two minutes walk to the beach, dog friendly all year, 10 mins to dog free section of the beach, lovely park within 3 minutes, harbour and pubs, cafe etc all within 10 minutes walk, parking next to property, warm welcome from owner, cakes, wine and flowers, cottage very clean and everything we could have wishes for and more, The Globe Pub, 4 mins away has a lovely balcony overlooking the beach and sea, great food and pleasant helpful staff, so all in all we highly recommend both cottage and location....
