The property has been done to a high modern standard. Everything you need was there. Very clean and tidy. A 2 minute walk to coast. Near a little shop in the other direction. Near good pubs. The welcome pack was great. free parking. Had a day out at Dawlish. Visited Powderham Castle....

This was our second visit to the property and we may well come again. Everything is so comfortable, beautifully decorated and clean. Even lots of groceries provided so you haven't got to rush out straightaway to get the basics. It has high ceilings and is really airy in hot weather. It would be lovely and cosy for a winter stay too....

Excellent property, comfortable, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Ideally situated within Exmouth. Lovely walks, beach across the road and a huge M&S food within a 10 minute walk. It suited us and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
