This is a superb, well supplied and located comfortable cottage with harbour views from both bedrooms and the living room. The listing portrays it well but cannot quite capture that this is a property that is used and loved by its owners who are also very happy to share it with rental guests. Our Grand Scenic with integral roof bars fitted in the garage and we could shut the door, but we appreciated the carpet attached to the walls at strategic points for extra confidence, and the owner's prior information about the quietness of the road for manoeuvring. When you see other holiday makers toiling up from the car parks, you'll be glad you picked this one! We had loads of fun watching the progress of gull chicks on nearby roofs....

A lovely house , two single beds and bathroom on the ground floor, lounge dining and kitchen on the first floor and master bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. We as a family of four stayed here for a week in July 25 it has everything you need comfy beds, great shower, washing machine and full kitchen. The house has a garage which is a bonus as parking in Brixham can be quite tricky to find a space, the street is narrow but the garage is very wide I fitted my Mazda CX5 in with no problems. It’s only a short walk down a hill and some steps to the harbour and not that hard to walk back. We highly recommend Harbour Watch....
