We were sent a link before we left home with all the details you could possibly need, it was beautiful accommodation in a magnificent setting. There were lots of extras for the children in the shed so it cuts down on the packing, this all made it one of the best places I have stayed in in the uk. Oh and don't forget the chickens and eggs, the children loved this....

This is our second stay at the Little Cider Cottage and we truly love it there. For a compact space, the set up is perfect. The kids love the triple bunk beds and the space is so well thought out that they each have their own little reading light and plug socket. The kitchen has everything you require, from a vast range of utensils to basics such as tin foil and cling film. Underfloor heating, instant hot water, the softest sheets, great WiFi connection. These things are all the small details that make such a huge difference, especially as we visited in October. Upon arrival, you are welcomed with scones, homemade jam, cream and milk which, after a long journey, is great! The hot tub and fire pit allow the views over the farmland but are secluded enough so you don't feel exposed. The extras are what make this such a wonderful place to stay, the chickens and runner ducks, being able to collect your own eggs in the morning; walking through the land and finding the stream, the beehives and the bird viewing hut. And not to forget the amazing hosts who are so kind and accommodating. This really is a very special place to stay and I would highly recommend....

The Little Cider House was amazing. It is small but perfectly formed with everything thought of. Our three children loved the triple bunk beds, visiting the chickens and discovering the woods. They had freedom to run and play amongst the woods as well as around the house. Many hours were spent chilling in the hot tub and the hammocks and it was so relaxing to be there that you didn’t need to do anything. If you do want to explore it’s also the perfect t base to get out and about. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property - I have never felt so relaxed so quickly on holiday.
