Enjoy a day at the trendy sailing town of Fowey with its waterside bars and cafes, shops and galleries.
Bodmin Moor, with its 100 square miles of wide-open spaces and rock formations is within easy reach.
Head off to Charlestown with its historic harbour and tall ships - a familiar sight for Poldark fans.

We had a truly magical stay at the Little Cider House for our babymoon. Everything is designed and set up perfectly with excellent attention to detail. We were very comfortable during our stay and our dog loved it too. Spending the light June evenings outside by the fire pit listening to the birds was very special. The location is great, very peaceful but you can quickly get onto the main roads to explore the area. We'll definitely be returning....

Wow we had a fabulous 4 days staying at The Little Cider House. A beautiful and extremely comfortable perfectly formed holiday cabin. All the creature comforts and everything you need to have a relaxing break. The hot tub and fire pit made our stay really special. The weather was exceptional which really helped make our time even more enjoyable and we enjoyed sitting out most evenings star gazing and playing games. We visited Charlestown and Cadinham Woods both of which we would certainly recommend. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful - we hope to be back one day. We can’t recommend the Little Cider House highly enough! Small but perfectly formed and beautifully finished with huge attention to detail. Our children loved collecting eggs in the morning from the chickens and we loved exploring Mark and Siobhan’s land, and listening to the birds singing in the morning. Mark and Siobhan were really lovely hosts and we were made it feel most welcome. The surrounding area is also fantastic to explore. Superb walks from the doorstep and top drawer mountain bike trails at Cardinham and Lanhydrock. We very much hope to be back!...
