Stunning house which is very well equipped. Big garden with several seating areas for lounging, eating or children's games. Very peaceful situation looking out to sea. Good location for beaches and short drive to Porthleven that has everything you need. Loved it....

Overall a lovely well-equipped house, with a welcome pack of scones and cakes etc. , many books & games, and great sea views. Also Margot the local contact was very helpful. If there is one downside to the location, it is the absence of any shops or pub in the village or nearby....

Welloe Rock..... The home that gives you a Hug. We enjoyed our week here so much that we rebooked it for next year before we left! The location is the icing on the cake; walking straight out onto the coastal path. We walked to Porthleven and Praa Sands and saw some beautiful sunsets. Tip, if walking to Porthleven - it's a rugged walk with a couple of challenging styles, especially if you have a dog. Where the path splits, take the lower path as this cuts out the two difficult styles (we have a greyhound so not an easy dog to lift up and over)! But the walk is worth doing. The house is fully equipped and it's warm. Spacious and homely. Margot's attention to detail is second to none. I think the suite in the lounge may benefit from an update as it's lost much of its support, but this is maybe subjective on what we all find comfortable. Plus, it hasn't put us off coming back! Fabulous home. Fabulous location and in Cornwall....... What more could anyone want ??...

A lovely house in a great location, with great sea views. The coastal path is right on the doorstep and Praa Sands is a lovely walk away. A very peaceful stay is ensured.

Excellent as always. Our 2nd time at Welloe Rock. Margo saw to our every need. The welcome pack was a nice touch. The log burner and open fire kept us warm and cosy. The house is tastefully decorated and is really comfortable. The kids loved the games room and playing football in the enclosed garden. It’s a short walk to the beach and a cracking bar and cafe with great food. Will definitely book again...
