Super, comfortable property. Warm, comfortable, quiet. Very well equipped. Dog safe garden. Housekeeping really helpful. Well located close to coast path, as well as Praa and Porthleven. Great food to be had in the area.

Amazing Holiday Cottage. 3 generations had a lovely time in the spacious, tastefully decorated and luxourous accommodations. Margot made sure everything was covered from the reception pack to making sure you had everything you needed. The luxury bathroom was a big hit with everyone after a day in the surf at Praa sands or a walk along the coastal path to Porthleven. Everything you need is there - washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, basic Sky package, wifi. We had plans to eat out most nights but the cottage was so cosy everyone wanted to stay in. The grandchildren loved the garden and exploring the local area. We will be booking again!...

Beautifully situated and excellently equipped cottage. Excellent kitchen, dining area and lovely light lounge. Excellent sitting areas in the garden. Some mattresses are due for replacement.

Lovely large, peaceful place to stay for a holiday with beautiful views of the sea. Having almost a private beach just a short walk away was an advantage, but quite a lot of scrambling around the rocks to get down there, so great for the able bodied. The beds were comfy and the bed linen lovely and fresh. We enjoyed the home made scones , jam and clotted cream and also the bread. All in all a good home for a holiday. ...
