We had a fantastic 2 weeks at Modwena a very spacious and comfortable house. Located in the heart of Yarmouth with easy walking distances for everything you wanted. Would definitely go again.

Overall, our stay at the house was excellent. The location is ideal, 2mins from the ferry port and town centre. The town centre, although small, does provide all your needs - 3 pubs, 2 shops, several cafes (PO41), a couple of excellent restaurants (On the Rocks and the Terrace). The accommodation provided all your needs with a nice welcome pack. Although there is only 1 bathroom, there is a downstairs toilet. Note that the stairs are steep, so just need to be careful :-) ...

In the middle of Yarmouth - so easy access to amenities and marina but on a rather noisy road. Perhaps a bit small for 6 adults but well equipped with very comfortable beds!

Lovely town, lovely room at the back of the property. Great sized bedrooms and lovely living areas. We were a bit put off that the property is on a very busy road on a pedestrian crossing meaning loading and unloading cars is very difficult. Expensive parking with no reduced rates. ...

Well equipped, clean and comfortable property. Ideal location for walking into Yarmouth. Stayed as a family with lots of room. Would highly recommend.
Plenty of parking about 300metres from the house.
