This is the amazing garden. Beyond it is a natural marsh and woodland area (private) so you will be able to sit in your garden and watch the comings and goings of the local wildlife.
A couple of steps lead up from the kitchen to the utility-room, the second staircase (to the master bedroom) and the door to the 'engine room' of the farmhouse - the bio mass boiler room. Beyond that room is a locked link door to The Stables (4446).
This is the master bedroom. All the rooms are en suite but this bedroom even has its own staircase! This room has dual-aspect windows, with the second window looking over the farmstead.
The little desk in this bedroom is a dressing-table with a view! Overlooking the garden and the valley beyond.
This bedroom, as with all the others - and throughout the house - has lovely little touches of luxury.

The fields around the farmstead will sometimes have livestock in residence. This is a great setting for children and adults alike.
The east Devon and Dorset Jurassic Coast is spectacular. This is Sidmouth. A lovely Regency seaside town - with a world famous Folk Festival each year. There is plenty of sand at low tide.
Budleigh Salterton is another east Devon coastal town. Totally unspoilt and never over crowded.
Just over the border into Dorset, this is the famous Golden Cap, with Lyme Regis in the background.

We loved the views across the fields from the conservatory and the large fenced garden which was ideal for our black Labrador. The hot tub was also fantastic - large, hot, comfortable - one of the best I have used. The layout of the house is good and the general decor and feel of the place was luxurious, calming and comfortable - plus 4 ensuite bedrooms was a real treat. We liked the games and enjoyed playing Cards Against Humanity with our teenagers. We didn't even have time to check out the table tennis or all the nearby walks, so we will have to come back.

What a beautiful house, perfect to simply sit, relax and enjoy the view when not exploring the area. The owners are lovely, very welcoming and informative. They have made the farmhouse a wonderful retreat. Classic Cottages communication was very, very good from start to finish. Altogether we had a wonderful break. Thank you.

The property was lovely. Very comfortable. Everything there you would want. Super location. Plenty of books and games. Nice welcome tray. The whole place was spotless and really lovely. Jon was very welcoming and we knew we could approach him if we had a problem. I’ve spent many years in travel and this is one of the nicest places I have stayed in. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. We were a party of 6 friends. Plenty of room. High standard of accommodation and excellent location. Super facilities.
