The traditional front entrance hall. The stairs lead to three of the four bedrooms.
A couple of steps lead up from the kitchen to the utility-room, the second staircase (to the main bedroom) and the door to the 'engine room' of the farmhouse - the bio mass boiler room. Beyond that room is a locked link door to the owners home.
On those sunny days open up the bi-folds and enjoy the sunshine.
All the rooms are en suite but this bedroom even has its own staircase! This room has dual-aspect windows, with the second window looking over the farmstead.

The private staircase can been seen here - this room is also accessible via the adjoining bedroom which can be set as a twin or a king-size room. Ideal maybe as a family suite.

This bedroom has a spacious contemporary shower-room. When the window is open it looks out over the gardens.
This peaceful room can be accessed from the main landing or via a dressing-room through to the 'main' bedroom. Its views are over the gardens and valley beyond. A second window looks out into the farmyard. It can be set as a king-size bed or twins.

This is the amazing garden. Beyond it is a natural marsh and woodland area (private) so you will be able to sit in your garden and watch the comings and goings of the local wildlife.

The driveway sweeps round to the left into the courtyard where you will find the parking for the farmhouse.
Here you can see the games-room opposite the boot room door. This is shared with the neighbouring cottages - The Cowshed and The Apple Press.
Just over the border into Dorset, this is the famous Golden Cap, with Lyme Regis in the background.
Budleigh Salterton is another east Devon coastal town. Totally unspoilt and never over crowded.
The east Devon and Dorset Jurassic Coast is spectacular. This is Sidmouth. A lovely Regency seaside town - with a world famous Folk Festival each year. There is plenty of sand at low tide.
Wreath Farm is in a great area of south Somerset, close to the borders of east Devon and Dorset and the spectacular Jurassic Coast. Famous Lyme Regis is just 10 miles away. A wonderful outing for all the family.
Wreath Farmhouse has a calm feeling throughout so you will be sure to be able to relax.
The thoughtful interiors are complemented by the soft furnishings.
The owners live in the single-storey property attached to the Farmhouse - it can be seen to the right of this photo. There is a locked internal door between the two properties.

Wreath Farmhouse provided a wonderful location and base for a 60th birthday retreat and adventure... We loved the large garden with resident owl, the bright and open conservatory and pretty fairy lights around the parking area... We were lucky to see a few stunning sunsets, too. We galavanted around Somerset, Dorset and East Devon - from the lovely lanes, shops and beach at Lyme Regis to the antiques at Ottery St Mary, from Abbotsbury to Symondsbury and West Bay to Colyton - always returning to a warm 'home' with a great kitchen, snug lounge and a super comfortable bed... There is so much to see and do in this area. Particularly, the stunning Forde Abbey and Gardens (a must see), the cute beach at Beer, breakfast at Swim in Lyme, the Seaton Tramway through the Axe Valley and wetlands, and a gentle meander around the Symondsbury Estate... Wreath Farmhouse is great for large families or a group of lovely friends, or for couples like me and my partner who need a lot of space in the evening to dance in the kitchen!! We had a fantastic few days in Wreath Farmhouse. It was spotlessly clean, light and super comfortable. It was very well equipped with great views and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back for another stay.
