Rock Samphire is a lovely cottage. We had a fantastic weeks holiday with everything we needed. It was clean and beautiful presented. The location is great close to shops, cafes, restaurants etc and a short walk to the beach and beautiful coastal path. The welcome treats of scones with cream, jam and tea, coffee and milk was a lovely surprise. ...

Rock Samphire is a fabulous St Agnes Cottage! Plenty of space for a family of 4 but equally great for a couple. St Agnes still feels like a locals Cornish town which is what we love. Small independent shops and galleries. Trevaunance Cove and The Driftwood Spars hotel/bar is within walking distance. A longer walk, coast path or across St Agnes Beacon, will take you to the dramatic Chapel Porth, check out the fantastic cafe there too!...

Rock Samphire is a lovely cottage in a friendly, pretty village. The cream tea we found in the kitchen on arrival was such a pleasant surprise. We were worried when we saw the heating was electric radiators but there was no need. The heaters were easy to use and we were able to adjust them according to our needs. St Agnes is a great base for exploring the SW Coastal Path and the surrounding countryside. There are some great pubs, especially the St Agnes Hotel and Driftwood Spars. It's also within easy reach of other Cornwall gems such as Newquay, St Ives and Truro. We would definitely return....

I’d recommend this property in terms of its location within St. Agnes. There are pubs, shops and cafes close by. Also Trevaunance Cove is walkable and we enjoyed hanging out there. I think the pictures of the inside of the house make it look lighter and airier than it actually is we found the lounge and dining area quite dark. The back yard only gets the sun at the top in the morning so there was nowhere nice to sit on a sunny afternoon. Overall it was fine for a base but could do with a little tlc....
