Well, I can't think of a better spot to indulge in a G & T!
Bedroom One has a super comfy bed and of course a fabulous view.
Bedroom 1 has an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has fabulous views and an outside balcony shared with Bedroom three.
Bedroom 2 can be made up as a super king or twin beds offering great flexibility.
A place to sit and relax in the bedroom.
Bedroom 3 can also be set up as a super-king size double, or twin beds, and also has a balcony so you can get even closer to the view.
Bedroom 4 is on the second floor and also has a large picture window which you can open wide to breathe in that sea air or simply listen to the sounds of the seaside.

Bedroom 5 sits at the top of the house on the third floor.

If you don't need it as a bedroom, Bedroom 5 can simply be set up as a snug.

We consider that the following should be published given the price and that your future customers should be aware: The TV's did not work despite repeated requests for them to be fixed. They emptied the hot tub without our knowledge and then charged us £100 to refill it but then left a lot of sand at the bottom. When we arrived we could not get in until 6pm as there we workmen fixing doors in the living room. They were not wearing masks. The internet was dial up speed and the bath in the master bedroom only had a drip and could not therefore be used. Style over substance I am afraid and certainly profit over service. We also consider that given amenities were not available to use per contract, that we are due compensation that we would like to proceed with through CC. Please advise. Thanks...

We're sorry to see you were unhappy with your experience at Sandpipers. It's disappointing that your arrival was delayed from 5pm and that the workmen had not managed to finish their repair before then - obviously in normal times it would not be an issue for you to enter the house with them there. The hot tub would only need emptying mid-stay if it had become contaminated; guidance is provided in the property on the procedures necessary before use to avoid contamination eg removing sun cream and cosmetics. Unfortunately we were not aware of any problems during your stay, and were only notified nearly two weeks after your departure, so no refund would be possible. Classic Cottages...
