We would highly recommend a stay at Homeleigh. The house is one of the best we have stayed in, peaceful, spotless and well equipped. Chris & Bev gave precise travel details beforehand and met us to give details of the house and area which was very helpful.They are a lovely couple. The house has been in Bev’s family for years and they maintain it to a very high standard. The patio is a sun trap so we were able to sit there for meals and drinks. We tended to walk to the top of the road in about 10 minutes & then travelled by bus to St Agnes, Perranporth and Newquay and visited near by National Trust properties by car. The house is in a good position to visit all near by areas. The cream tea was very welcome after a long journey. We would like to thank Chris and Bev for such a lovely warm welcome to their holiday home. ...

We have just spent a lovely week at Homeleigh. The cottage has been recently renovated and is in beautiful condition. It was very clean and we had a very helpful call prior to our arrival and quick meet with the owners to make sure we were properly settled in. The location is within walking distance of the beautiful coastline and the driving is easy if you want to get further afield by car. Only complaint, being woken up by the very inconsiderate tawny owls that thought the cottage was theirs to shout around at night! Wonderful place....

Homeleigh is the perfect place to stay if visiting the St Agnes area. The property was prepared to a very high standard and is in an idyllic country location within easy reach of beaches, walks and other attractions. The owners were in contact with us both prior to arrival and during the visit checking to make sure we were happily settled into our holiday home. The property is aptly named. We will highly recommend a stay to our friends and family....

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Homeleigh. The arrival instructions were excellent and the owners contacted us before we arrived to confirm the details. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped for our visit. We particularly appreciated the cream tea and milk on our arrival. We were blessed with fantastic weather and were able to have breakfast in glorious sunshine in the garden. We were within easy access to several beaches and enjoyed eating at local pubs and restaurants where the food and hospitality were excellent. We would highly recommend Homeleigh....

What a delightful cottage in a serene setting. Trevellas is just far enough from St Agnes and Perranporth to provide total relaxation and tranquility. Whilst being close enough to walk to the pubs, shops or chip shop. The cottage was very comfortable and spacious (there were two of us) and is very well equipped. Whether it was brunch on the veranda, fish and chips in the dining space or a 20 minute walk to the Miners Arms it had it all. Extremely comfortable beds, a powerful shower and a luxurious bath all helped start every day fresh and raring to go. The area is surrounded with fantastic walks and so many beaches and coves you could stay for a month and not explore them all. ...
