"Homeleigh " is just that, homely. We had a lovely stay and Bev and Chris the owners, were at the property to meet us and show us around, and answer any questions we may have had. They recommended places to eat and walks. A warm welcome from them and would definitely stay here again. A great base for West Cornwall, solitude of the country and near the villages of St Agnes, Perranporth and Newquay. You wouldn't be disappointed booking the accommodation. ...

We had an excellent stay at Homeleigh and found the property exactly as described. The location was excellent for seeing all things in Cornwall, while still been down a quiet country road. The property had all essentials needed for our stay, Including excellent wifi, dishwasher and washing machine. We visited the miners arms pub about 1/2mile away and fully recommend for something to eat. There is also a lovely bakery in st agnes that does amazing sandwiches. Bev and Chris were there to welcome us on our arrival and showed us around the property with some excellent tips of places to visit and eat. We very much appreciated it. You can tell they've taken great care of the property. We would definitely recommend homeleigh when staying in Cornwall....

Homeleigh is a delightful cottage situated in a beautiful rural setting, but close enough to local services. The cottage is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and the cleanliness is of the highest standard, with sumptuous furnishing and fittings and a beautiful kitchen. The cottage offers everything visitors could possible require and more. Chris and Bev are the perfect hosts and their attention to detail is exemplified in both the cottage and personal contact offered. We enjoyed our stay that much that we extended our stay by an additional four days Homeleigh is well positioned to explore St Agnes and surrounding area and take in sections of the South West Coastal path. We loved staying in this cottage. Very quiet and peaceful yet close to fantastic beaches and coastal towns and villages. The kitchen was very well equipped. The owners were helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend staying here.
