This is a beautiful cottage, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Its age and the various changes over the centuries make for a quirky layout which is cosy and comfy. It has a beautifully planted garden. The location is quiet with plenty of walking, either in the surrounding fields or around the nearby Stithians reservoir. Jane was a wonderful host, friendly but not intrusive, and we really appreciated the home-made treats she left us. We would definitely stay again. ...

This is a fabulous place to stay and our third visit so far, with the next one already booked! The farmhouse itself is so characterful, comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. You are welcomed with fresh flowers from the garden, homemade bread, cake, marmalade and lemonade - such a treat! Outside is a wonderful secure paddock for the dogs and a number of fields to access for good walks. We've stayed in many lovely cottages across the country but, this is by far, our favourite....
