Dairy Cottage is special because of its setting overlooking fields and out to Dartmoor. Swallows were swooping around the cottage and into barns, all adding to the enjoyment of the surroundings. The cottage itself is comfortably decorated with some unique features and a welcome place either to return to or to spend time relaxing. The owners are very friendly. Transport links are good for travel around South Devon, once you have negotiated the narrow lanes to South Brent from the cottage. All part of the adventure and charm of the location. We really enjoyed our stay here....

Dairy Cottage is one of the best holiday properties we have stayed in. The owners have been very thoughtful and supplied everything necessary - it was also spotlessly clean. All in all a good venue for a relaxing holiday and a great area for walking and easy access to the A38. Be warned, the road to the property is narrow in places!...

Very clean and spotless. Size of cottage is very good for 2 people. Well stocked with coffee, tea and sugar to last for your first day, as well as cleaning products even tablets for dishwasher and washing machine. Cottage is the same price no matter what time of year you go. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend this cottage to family and friends. ...
