This gorgeous cottage for two offers the perfect location for unwinding and relaxing. Dairy Cottage sits at the base of the moor, above the hustle and bustle of South Brent. The lane outside leads to one other farm and a virtual green lane, passing traffic are limited to farm vehicles and the occasional cow!
The renovation of this lovely old building has been done with thought and care, having beautiful decor and fabulous features throughout. A large kitchen/diner leads to a cosy sitting-room. The luxury bathroom is up four steps from the sitting-room. The bedroom, with vaulted ceilings and exposed trusses, is an amazing space and includes an en suite cloakroom.
The real bonus is stepping out onto your courtyard and enjoying a spot of dining al fresco and being totally wowed by the amazing views of Dartmoor. For sporting types, there is a lockable storage barn for bicycles and other such equipment, and larger items such as boats and trailers can be stored in the farmyard opposite the cottage.
