We had a wonderful week at Wildwood Hideaway - we could have stayed much longer! The cabin was so cosy, yet well equipped and very comfortable. The location was also excellent. We felt completely secluded and away from it all, but large supermarkets and other amenities were just a short drive away, so it really offered the best of both worlds. We always seem to have so much to do and are constantly rushing around, so Wildwood Hideaway was the perfect place to just slow down. We also really appreciated not having Wi-Fi, allowing us to put down the phones and instead read, play games and watch DVDs. For anyone seeking a tranquil getaway in beautiful Cornwall, we would absolutely recommend Wildwood Hideaway. ...

An excellent place for a long weekend break, so quiet and peaceful, nature right outside your door. Lots of wildlife, with birdsong and even a deer wandering past browsing on the leaves. We have a nervous dog who loved every minute, with no noises to upset him and some lovely walks minutes away. A lovely time....

Wildwood is a hidden gem - literally! I loved the peace and seclusion of the cabin, tucked into the shade of the trees and surrounded by fields of crops. It’s a proper escape from a busy life. Compact but well equipped and spotlessly clean with lovely decor and little touches. The dog loved walking around the edges of the fields in the evening - such a beautiful setting. Great location for easy access to the north coast but also a good central location for areas across Cornwall. The owner is lovely and was very helpful when I needed it but otherwise you really wouldn’t know that there are other people nearby. Thanks for a great 10 day stay x...

Had a fantastic break at Wildwood Hideaway. Being familiar with the area already, we knew the location was great, Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath being amongst the places nearby. The cottage itself is in a lovely setting, and was lovely. Hosts very helpful too. We will definitely be looking to return....
