Our second stay at this well located house. We love the views over to St Michael’s Mount and the peace and tranquility. This is a very comfortable house which has everything that is needed. Easy to access being relatively close to the A30. Just a shame that the outside furniture is not of better quality to allow you to eat out / relax on a summer day / evening. The table that is provided only seats 4 which could be a problem if there are 6 guests....

A beautiful property in a great location. It's close to Tremenheere gardens, which did great food, and not far from supermarkets and fast food outlets should you need them. The owner is just next door if you need him

Spacious, comfortable and very convenient location for exploring West Cornwall with a lot to do within 30 minutes drive of the house.

Well located, this property has the most fabulous views to St Michael's Mount and a large garden which was great for our dogs. Perfect for days on the beach or enjoying the local fishing towns and Penzance itself.

Lovely week away in stunning location. The only thing to note is that obviously it’s right next door to the owners property which we weren’t aware about until looking closely at maps and arriving. The mattresses are quite firm which may be okay for some and not others as we found them quite uncomfortable and my mum did sleep on the sofa for a few nights and there were stain marks on our duvet cover ..it smelled clean but as it’s a white duvet we could see them. BUT the house is lovely and has everything you could need in the kitchen. We felt very at home and the view is stunning! Being able to see the castle and when it’s light up at night. The owner was nice and came to talk/help us as we couldn’t find the keys for the sliding doors as this information isn’t in the property booklet on arrival but this was quickly solved and he showed us where they were as it was very warm in the property. Just to note there also isn’t anywhere to hang clean washing as we were there for a week and going to the beach in the sunny wether and had small children so we had lots of washing and no where to hang it to dry as the property has no dryer, no hanging line and no airer. We had to hang them over the table and chair outside. But there are nice touches to the property like board games for the children and a dog bed and in the cupboards there is a tin that had calpol and paracetamol in just incase it’s needed.
