A fabulous cottage. There is everything you need for your holiday which includes a huge range of toys, books and games for children of different ages. For guests with younger children there is a travel cot, highchair, stair gates, bed guards, bath, and plates, cups and cutlery suitable for toddlers. The master bedroom has a beautiful Juliet balcony which provides a lovely cooling breeze on warmer days. After a day walking the nearby coast path or a beach day in the nearby cove it was lovely to be able to relax in the garden where there was a range of outdoor furniture with cushions stored in the garage. We had a fabulous week and would definitely choose this cottage again....

A tranquil location within a small hamlet very close to the coast path. Ten minute walk to Praa sands beach in one direction and magnificent coastal scenery in both directions. The property is very thoughtfully furnished and equipped, and has a homely comfortable feel. Children are well catered for too with a dedicated room full of all sorts to explore. Highly recommended....

Five stars all round - clean, comfortable, extremely well equipped, quiet - all you could ask for in a holiday cottage. Thoroughly recommend! There was only two of us staying (and a dog) but it seemed that there was a vast range of toys and electronics for younger visitors and even dogs are well provided for with a dog bed, bowls and towels. The "in case of need" basket was a first and a lovely touch. The owners really have thought of everything!...

Brilliant place to stay - very welcoming. We love staying at Candlelight Cottage - a favourite holiday area made even more special by the obvious love the owners have for their home in Cornwall. There are so many thoughtful extras - toys for children, games in the garage, herbs and spices in the kitchen. And best of all is the way in which the amazing view towards Cudden Point over the cliffs has been made even more accessible by the full-length glass doors in the main bedroom, and the raised seating area in the garden. We have now stayed three times, and we are so grateful for all its many fine points, and that it is dog-friendly, which is a boon for children and grandchildren! This is a beautiful home to spend your holiday in! It's well equipped, clean, tastefully decorated and a 20 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of thoughtful touches too, if you've forgotten something and left it at home, don't worry, they'll have thought of it and have it for you! So stop looking now and book this one!...
