The cottage is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable; all the furnishings are very high quality and the equipment provided plentiful and extensive. The gardens are compact but nicely done out with good seating areas for different times of day. Parking on the road was easy and it is quiet despite being opposite a primary school even at drop off/pick up times. There was lots of useful information/maps about the nearby attractions and the local pub and shop were close by and friendly. The cottage is brilliantly located for visiting nearby beaches, walking to the ferry and enough to keep any Agatha Christie fan happy. If anything we should have booked for 10 days rather than 7 as there was so much to see but it will be nice to visit again sometime in the future. ...

Agatha Cottage provided us with a luxurious base to easily get out for walks/drives/boat trips to other places. We much preferred the village experience over a busier town. Would certainly stay again.

It was our second visit to Agatha Cottage and it was every bit as clean and comfortable as our first stay. We love the location as it is only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach at Broadsands and is close to Paignton, Brixham & Dartmouth. We would certainly recommend it to family and friends. ...

Agatha Cottage has been refurbished to a very high standard with great attention to detail, is surprisingly spacious and provides a calm and relaxing ambience. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, warm and cosy with plenty of storage. Great location, decent local shop and popular pub. No problems parking outside the property. Highly recommended....
