This property is probably the best we have ever stayed at. Expensive but worth the extra for the location. For the first time we rebooked for next year before we left! Cannot fault the cleanliness, comfort and kitchen equipment! We were lucky with the weather for September but it would have been lovely whatever the weather! Parking was not really an issue but would have liked to be able to reserve beforehand for peace of mind. ...

Unfortunately, St Mawes car park doesn't facilitate advanced parking but, with over 250 spaces in the long stay and a smaller short stay carpark by the quay there is always a good chance that you'll find a space. Top Sails is a beautiful property, well designed, extremely comfortable with the most amazing wrap around views from the main bedroom and sitting room. Truly stunning. We had a lovely relaxing week. The outside staircase is also well designed, non slip, well lit and with double hand rails - all very helpful when getting luggage up to the apartment....
