St Mawes is a beautiful village.Top Sails was a wonderful place to stay. Great views from the living room and main bedroom. Did not pull down the blinds at night went to sleep at night listening to the waves and watching the bobbing of the small boats. Bliss. this was possibly the best holiday accommodation we have ever had. the location was very good. the flat was extremely good. Even when the weather was bad, it was nice to sit in with the big window open because the view was stunning. The flat was spotless and all facilities and equipment were perfect. highly recommended....

Absolutely stunning view from this property. Simply heaven to sit in front of the open French windows on the comfortable leather chairs provided and listen to the sound of the lapping sea. It was a perfect location. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Extremely difficult to leave!...
