Top Sails is a great place to stay, the pictures do not really do it justice. The weather was not good during our stay in March, but having to spend more time indoors was not a problem because this property is very comfortable and the views right over the water are spectacular, and very dramatic in bad weather. The location is very convenient right in the centre of St Mawes on the sea-front. There are lots of things to do in the area, lovely walks, ferry rides and great gardens to visit. Thoroughly recommend and we would like to return one day....

Fantastic find. It would be hard to better the sea views whilst relaxing in the lounge. We will be back!
