The entrance hall has a wonderful sense of space - the main staircase leads up to the sitting-room and bedroom 3. Bedrooms 1, 2 and the shower-room lead off via the stairs on the right.
Plenty of room for everyone to chill out and relax.
Please take care of children around the bannisters in the sitting-room. Bedroom 3 can be seen at the top of the stairs.
You are sure to spend many an hour enjoying the wonderful views from the balcony.

Spend the day exploring the maritime city of Plymouth.
Beautiful Dartmoor is waiting to be discovered either by bike or on foot.
Hire a canoe or kayak and discover all the delights along the River Tamar.
If you enjoy walking the coastal footpath will not disappoint. There are also many great countryside walks right on your doorstep.

We recently stayed Lake View and it did not disappoint!! Brilliant place to stay for a family of four. My two youngsters loved it. The space inside and outside, as we did. Every detail was thought of. Great kitchen and lounge. We enjoyed the cottage until midday and then travelled to wherever we planned. The cottage had two bathrooms, with no issues at all in water pressure!! The cottage is remote and you do need to drive to the big sandy beaches, with a handful a bit nearer, but having the remoteness with the view and facilities was also thoroughly enjoyable. The hosts were never far away for any assistance .We all had a fabulous stay at Lake View....

We had an exceptional holiday - the accommodation was absolutely first class. The owners clearly care about their guests and have taken a lot of time and effort to make sure everything you might need is supplied. The property could not have been cleaner or better presented. The kitchen was the best equipped of any accommodation in which we have stayed. The location is superb - the deck with the view makes you feel relaxed as soon as you step on it. The owners were close by if you needed anything, and very friendly and helpful. However, they were also completely unobtrusive if you prefer your holiday to be undisturbed. I highly recommend you book this cottage for a beautiful and relaxing holiday....

We are a family from Germany and spent a wonderful holiday at Lake View. The house is in a very quiet area and perfect for relaxing. Our children loved having lots of space to run and play. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. It was our first time in Cornwall, and we really enjoyed it. From Lake View, we visited Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor, and Plymouth. All of them were beautiful places and easy to reach by car. We would definitely recommend Lake View to other families looking for a peaceful holiday in nature....
