The entrance hall has a wonderful sense of space - the main staircase leads up to the sitting-room and bedroom 3. Bedrooms 1, 2 and the shower-room lead off via the stairs on the right.
Plenty of room for everyone to chill out and relax.
Please take care of children around the bannisters in the sitting-room. Bedroom 3 can be seen at the top of the stairs.
You are sure to spend many an hour enjoying the wonderful views from the balcony.

Spend the day exploring the maritime city of Plymouth.
Beautiful Dartmoor is waiting to be discovered either by bike or on foot.
Hire a canoe or kayak and discover all the delights along the River Tamar.
If you enjoy walking the coastal footpath will not disappoint. There are also many great countryside walks right on your doorstep.

Lovely cottage, well equipped and a very peaceful location. We had a wonderful week. Our hosts were very welcoming and left us some nice treats. Great for visiting Plymouth and local beaches and also NT properties in the area.

Lake View is stunning, we booked it at extremely short notice and the hosts were delightful and really accommodating and friendly on arrival. The cottage/barn conversion was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and so well equipped and comfortable from the the bed to the sofas and outside furniture on the balcony, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the welcome cream tea was lovely, even the showers were great, we just couldn't fault anything at all. The location is great, we went all over the place and visited many National Trust places and beaches, went over to Salcombe and Boscastle, all not too far and it was lovely to come back and sit on the balcony and look at the gorgeous views. A wonderful place....

We loved our stay at Lake View! The property is gorgeous and everything we hoped for. It is extremely clean, very well equipped, comfortable and cosy. The location is tranquil, you won’t hear any traffic or noise from neighbours. It was beautiful. Chris was the perfect host, he was there when we needed him but left us to enjoy our holiday. We recently stayed Lake View and it did not disappoint!! Brilliant place to stay for a family of four. My two youngsters loved it. The space inside and outside, as we did. Every detail was thought of. Great kitchen and lounge. We enjoyed the cottage until midday and then travelled to wherever we planned. The cottage had two bathrooms, with no issues at all in water pressure!! The cottage is remote and you do need to drive to the big sandy beaches, with a handful a bit nearer, but having the remoteness with the view and facilities was also thoroughly enjoyable. The hosts were never far away for any assistance .We all had a fabulous stay at Lake View....
