The setting of Cider Barn is perfect with a mainly south westly aspect, making the most of the sun and the stunning views accross the valley. We greatly enjoyed a long weekend break here and as walkers and runners we were thoroughly spoilt with so many paths outside the cottage to explore and a pub or two to visit along the way. The barn was extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. The bedrooms and ensuites were pure luxury and the living space was very practical providing us with everything we needed. Despite being November, it was even warm enough for us to enjoy a full Sunday roast on the patio at lunchtime! The Owners were very helpful and welcoming - thank you for a wonderful holiday and some lovely memories to see us through the winter months!...

Great location, so quiet and peaceful but not far from Sidmouth and neighbouring towns. The Cider Barn has everything you would need for a staycation, lovely sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Wonderful accommodating hosts.

The Cider Barn was in the most tranquil setting, with lovely views across the meadow and plenty of walks on the doorstep. Our hosts were very friendly and informative about what to see and do in the area. A lovely cake welcomed us. The Cider Barn is ideally situated to some lovely beaches. Bicton Park Botanical Park is only 5 miles away and a favourite, the Donkey Sanctuary, very close by with free entry and an excellent café, serving breakfast and lunches. There are some good gastro pubs near to the Cider Barn....
