We love Oak Tree Cottage. Very clean well presented and convenient. Love the view from the balcony! Perfect location overlooking The Solent. The Boathouse Pub within walking distance now does excellent food. Next time we shall also try The Old Fort pub in Seaview village where there is also a convenience store selling good range of basics. All of the IOW attractions are within easy access but with the lovely big balcony you can spend time just relaxing with a drink and watching all the shipping and small yacht action! Thoroughly recommend Oak Tree Cottage and we are seriously considering returning in 2026. ...
