Our holiday location was changed at very short notice (i.e. the day before departure!) but Sarah in Customer services handled our transition to Grace Cottage, along with the booking team, with the efficiency and charming service which we have come to expect from Classic. To find a bouquet of flowers and a box of delicious chocolates awaiting us was a delightful and much appreciated surprise - thank you all very much.
