We came to Shepherd’s Rest on our honeymoon and we can easily say it’s the best place we have ever stayed. Our own beautiful garden and BBQ hut really made this extra special. The shepherd’s hut itself was beautifully decorated and felt really luxurious with the waterfall shower and very comfy bed. Having the enclosed garden was an absolute dream for our dog too! We had a fantastic weeks stay at the 'Shepherds Rest'. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and the scones and biscuits waiting for us were such a lovely touch! The hut was obliviously put together with a lot of love, as it is so comfy and cosy. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds we've stayed in! And the shower was fantastic! We also need to mention the BBQ hut, as this is a great idea with gorgeous views! We had everything we needed for a comfortable week away, and would definitely return!!...

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Beautiful accommodation and surroundings. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in and the shower was excellent, plenty of lovely hot water. Both Nic and Rich were very welcoming. Brilliant place for a dog as the field is fully enclosed once the gate is shut and there are a number of walks locally. The pasty's at the local shop are highly recommended!...

Our stay at Shepherd’s Rest opened up a whole new experience of Cornwall; the location is so unique and we felt a million miles away from the rest of the world (but close enough to civilisation if we needed anything!) The site is nestled into a hillside and made us feel cocooned by nature, with all the luxuries of a hot shower and great cooking/sleeping facilities - full of personal touches too. We felt as though we were the first people to ever stay there because it was so well-maintained. Highly recommend Shepherd’s Rest!...
