This stretch of coastline has some wonderful family-friendly beaches to discover.
The National Trust's Lanhydrock House, gardens and parkland are quite stunning and within easy access - there is also a great network of cycling trails across the park.

Wonderful cottage in a great location. We had a great Christmas and really enjoyed watching the bird life from the kitchen window. Great walking, lovely shop (ace pasties) and good pub for a drink and atmosphere, but I wouldn’t recommend the food, but maybe we had an off day! ...

We loved our stay in Sweet Briar Cottage. It’s a characterful but comfortable cottage in a lovely village location. The log burner kept us warm and snug despite the weather. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Missing it already.

We had a fantastic holiday in Cornwall, and Sweet Briar Cottage was the perfect base. The cottage is well equipped, clean, and has plenty of space. The garden, and in particular the tree house was a big hit with our children. The cottages location is excellent, with some nice walks in the local area.
