St Mawgan is a lovely village and a great base for days out on both the north and south coasts. It has an excellent village store and tea room, café and pub, and the Japanese Garden just over the road is delightful. Forge Cottage is very comfortable and has the benefit of two living areas, a dinky balcony (the only outdoor space but an excellent sun trap) and off road parking! It is possible to walk (one of our party ran!) to Mawgan Porth beach. We would not hesitate to come back....

Love this place. Beautiful cottage away from madness of beachside villages but only 5 minutes away from Mawgan Porth and 10 minutes from A30 which will take you pretty much anywhere else in Cornwall. The village shop has most things you’ll need and an excellent pub is perfect for the evenings. ...

We had a lovely week at Ford Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed including a second sitting room with tv which was very useful. Parking facilities were excellent either by using dedicated parking space or off road, which in our experience can be difficult. Good local facilities with access to local beaches etc. Would recommend....
