Lovely cottage, great location in the centre of a buzzing town, really well equipped. The owners have clearly put some thought into making it a good rental cottage. We were especially pleased to see plenty of space to hang towels in the bathroom, which sounds a simple thing but is rarely achieved in even the best rental cottages....

3 Thetis Place met all our expectations. The house is clean and well equipped. Location is perfect, in walking distance of restaurants, pubs and shops. Car park nearby. View from the living room is spectacular.

We had a fantastic stay! The view above the harbour and the town is amazing. The cottage is very well equipped. It is also an excellent choice for people who travel to Falmouth by train like us. This is a comfortable two-storey house with a marvellous view of Falmouth Harbour. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, with the living room above to take advantage of the best views. It is a steep (though fairly short) climb directly up from the main street, but there are other routes with an easier gradient. Very quiet at night....

A beautiful cottage with amazing views of the harbour. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships, yachts etc coming and going. The cottage is very comfortable, well equipped and decorated. It also felt very homely with books, games etc.
