The steep stairs lead to the sitting-room which has amazing views, along with the family shower-room and second bedroom.
The sunrises from 3 Thetis Place are just stunning (if you are up early enough).
There is a first come first served parking space next to the house and of course an extra car parking space with a permit.
Gyllyngvase beach is a 15 minute walk away, there is a great beachside cafe/restaurant here.
Explore the Helford Estuary on foot.
Take the passenger ferry across the Carrick Roads for a day out in St Mawes.
Take the King Harry ferry over the River Fal for a day on the Roseland Peninsula.
Flushing is a gorgeous place to spend the day.
Kynance Cove and the rest of The Lizard is easy to explore from this fabulous base.

Lovely cottage, great location in the centre of a buzzing town, really well equipped. The owners have clearly put some thought into making it a good rental cottage. We were especially pleased to see plenty of space to hang towels in the bathroom, which sounds a simple thing but is rarely achieved in even the best rental cottages....

3 Thetis Place met all our expectations. The house is clean and well equipped. Location is perfect, in walking distance of restaurants, pubs and shops. Car park nearby. View from the living room is spectacular.

We had a fantastic stay! The view above the harbour and the town is amazing. The cottage is very well equipped. It is also an excellent choice for people who travel to Falmouth by train like us. We felt home after a very short time and we want definitely come back. Thanks for having the oppurtunity to spend our holidays in such a lovely place!...
