A truly delightful cottage. Lots of space in a lovely situation and we would love to return. Ideal for mixed generations of a family to stay in and, apart from the road to get to it, it was all good! A red squirrel would have been the icing on the cake!...

We loved the remote location along a bridle path with no neighbours. The gardens are vast and a haven for birds. We would have liked to have been there when the fruit trees ripen! The layout of the cottage is perfect for two independent couples because the main bedroom with ensuite is at the opposite end to the other bedrooms. The two separate living spaces, one more formal with TV and the other informal and off the kitchen, ensured that there was more than able room for us to be together or apart. Our second stay as an extended family. A perfect place to get away from the noise and turmoil of everyday life.
