Bedroom 1 is double-aspect so really does embrace the wonderful setting.

No need to fight over who gets the best bedroom as they both have wonderful views.

Gulls Roost is an excellent location for relaxing and taking beautiful coastal walks. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious and has the most amazing views over the Atlantic. If wifi is important then check that connectivity has been fixed.!!

The view was outstanding but it’s quite remote and very exposed to the elements and although we had Wi-Fi we had no phone signals If you bring a dog I would keep it on a lead outside at all times. If you have any difficulty with steps please be aware there are small steep steps down to the property. A pleasant week away and the local pub is very friendly and the food was good as well....

Gulls Roost is in the perfect position for either a relaxing,lazy stay or for plenty of walking. All of Cornwall is within reach of a do-able journey. The bungalow itself is spotlessly clean,bright & comfortable.

Super clean property with spectacular sea views. Very dramatic coastline. Lots to do locally. Stayed here 20 years ago and always knew we would return, and we will return again. Gulls Roost is better than ever.
