Bedroom 1 is double-aspect so really does embrace the wonderful setting.
The en suite bathroom for bedroom 1.
Pretty bedroom 2.
No need to fight over who gets the best bedroom as they both have wonderful views.
Bedroom 2 has an en suite shower-room.
It doesn't get much better than this!
The bungalow is down below the level of the road.
Steps lead down from the parking-area to the bungalow.

What a location!!! We never tired of looking out over the bay. If you are taking dogs however and they are inquisitive, please be aware that they can get out and up on to the road.

Gulls Roost is a beautiful location, warm and comfortable and even in bad weather, you can marvel at the wonderful view of the sea.
