Bedroom 1 is double-aspect so really does embrace the wonderful setting.

Pretty bedroom 2.
No need to fight over who gets the best bedroom as they both have wonderful views.
Bedroom 2 has an en suite shower-room.
It doesn't get much better than this!
The bungalow is down below the level of the road.

The location of Gulls Roost is wonderful and that makes the holiday but furnishings do look tired inside the property.
