No need to fight over who gets the best bedroom as they both have wonderful views.

Amazing views from pretty much every room in the cottage and a lovely sun trap of a veranda to enjoy those views outside (if you get good weather - which surprisingly in October we certainly did!). Sunsets were gorgeous too and seemed to fill the entire chalet! Listening to the sounds of the ocean while dropping off to sleep was just the ticket for a truly relaxing holiday. On a less positive note we feel a responsibility to warn about the very poor Wifi, especially, if like us, you happen to be taking a teenager with you (and a husband who has to download his daily newspaper!). I'd like to say these things aren't important for a relaxing holiday and personally for me the views and location outweighed poor Wifi. And we do appreciate that it mightn't be something the owners can do that much about - but just be warned. ...

3rd time we have visited gulls roost wonderful holiday again. Cosy cottage with stunning views the sea was wild at times amazing to watch. Lots of lovely walks and good places to eat. Can't wait to return.

We had a lovely week. The cottage was perfect I wouldn't want to change anything. The weather was great to have breakfast on the patio, and the walks suggested in the book left for us were brilliant. I can well see why people keep coming back. We will cerainly be looking to book again. Thank you to all concerned....
