The little church at Church Cove, more recently made famous by the BBC series Poldark, is a few minutes down the road, with National Trust parking nearby.
Sandy at low tide and lifeguarded in high season plus toilets and a little hut serving snacks and drinks.
Build sandcastles or pebble towers, dip your toes in the water or surf the waves, the choice is yours.
Pretty Porthleven harbour is only five miles away. This 'foodie' place has lots of cafes, restaurants and quaint shops.
The Helford River has much to offer the visitor whether you like to explore by foot or on the water.
Kynance Cove is a highlight of The Lizard Peninsula.

The Cow Shed is a lovely barn conversion situated in an ideal location on a working farm in a beautiful rural setting. There are many local stunning views and places to visit along this stunning part of the Cornish country side and coastal scenes. The owners Paul and Jo, both very nice friendly people have done an amazing job in setting up this excellent holiday barn conversion. We can't wait to return for our next years already booked holiday, see you soon....
