The little church at Church Cove, more recently made famous by the BBC series Poldark, is a few minutes down the road, with National Trust parking nearby.
Sandy at low tide and lifeguarded in high season plus toilets and a little hut serving snacks and drinks.
Build sandcastles or pebble towers, dip your toes in the water or surf the waves, the choice is yours.
Pretty Porthleven harbour is only five miles away. This 'foodie' place has lots of cafes, restaurants and quaint shops.
The Helford River has much to offer the visitor whether you like to explore by foot or on the water.
Kynance Cove is a highlight of The Lizard Peninsula.

A beautifully and newly converted farm building on a quiet farm close to the coast. It was very well equipped and very comfortable for a couple - there would have been plenty of space for 4. A very relaxing stay and we have already booked for next spring....

Not the place for you to go to if you do not like the noise of helicopters.

Thanks for your comment - helicopters only fly over the property a few times during the day so they should not be a disturbance to your stay and they are always interesting to look our for! Tressa, Customer Support
