We had a lovely week at The New House. The house was spotless, with really nice furnishings and paintings and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was perfect for our family. The garden was much larger than expected and very safe and secure. The location worked well for us. We really liked the village of Godshill, where we visited the Model Village, which we would thoroughly recommend, and enjoyed a cream tea too. We had a couple of meals in The Griffin pub. The food and service were excellent. Plenty of things for children and adults to do close by. We would definitely recommend the Robin Hill Adventure Park and the Donkey Sanctuary. We enjoyed a wander through the Botanical Gardens in Ventnor down to Steephill Cove and had a lovely lunch in The Beach Shack. It is only a short drive to several nice beach resorts. The owners left us a very generous welcome pack and flowers. We will definitely be booking another holiday at The New House....

A large well equipped house, with plenty of space . Lovely large enclosed garden, perfect for kids and dogs. We even spotted a red squirrel. Godshill is an excellent location to explore the many attractions on the island. The village has a good pub and Thai restaurant . A regular bus service stops outside the house. ...

We had a fabulous time at the New House. The property is in great condition, in a top location for accessing most of the island in no more than 20-25 minutes and all the little extras and home comforts are there such as garden games too. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was amazing as well. This is the best cottage we have stayed in so far and we would definitely recommend it and plan to return....

Lovely spacious house and garden. Very clean. The bus stop is right outside and useful for travel around the island. There are eating options within the village including vegan dishes, vegan cream tea and vegan ice cream.

What a great house in a lovely location. We picked this house as it had four bedrooms and three ensuite due to 7 adults travelling. It lived up to our expectations and more. The owners have ensured that everything is thought of - from a very well equipped kitchen to including items that could be used for beach days (weather permitting). We loved the garden and made use of this space whilst we were there. You are not far from anywhere so there were regular days out exploring. I would have no hesitation in recommending this house. ...
