The New House is a lovely property. There is plenty of space both inside and outside. It is very well equipped with everything you could want and things you didn’t even know you wanted. Our grandchildren loved the garden, all the games and the table tennis room. They spent lots of time running around burning off energy. Although is not right next to a beach it’s a very quick drive to Yaverland Beach, infact nowhere is that far away. This is possibly the best property we have stayed in and would all love to return. We had a lovely week at The New House. The house was spotless, with really nice furnishings and paintings and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was perfect for our family. The garden was much larger than expected and very safe and secure. The location worked well for us. We really liked the village of Godshill, where we visited the Model Village, which we would thoroughly recommend, and enjoyed a cream tea too. We had a couple of meals in The Griffin pub. The food and service were excellent. Plenty of things for children and adults to do close by. We would definitely recommend the Robin Hill Adventure Park and the Donkey Sanctuary. We enjoyed a wander through the Botanical Gardens in Ventnor down to Steephill Cove and had a lovely lunch in The Beach Shack. It is only a short drive to several nice beach resorts. The owners left us a very generous welcome pack and flowers. We will definitely be booking another holiday at The New House....

A large well equipped house, with plenty of space . Lovely large enclosed garden, perfect for kids and dogs. We even spotted a red squirrel. Godshill is an excellent location to explore the many attractions on the island. The village has a good pub and Thai restaurant . A regular bus service stops outside the house. ...

Very comfortable accommodation. Excellent outdoor facilities within a lovely garden. Being located towards the centre of the island it was easy to drive everywhere.
