Lavender Barn is in a perfect situation. Having Cornish Gin and Tonics by the pond watching the sun set fabulous. Also Sarah very quick to respond to a couple of questions. Barn is beautifully furnished and it is such a nice touch with the flowers,wine and brownies. We will be back as family near by. ...

Lavender Barn met all our expectations. Warm and friendly welcome by the hosts. Nice touches of chocolates, wine and flowers. The position is perfect for exploring a beautiful part of Cornwall. Definitely worth a visit. You won’t be disappointed??

Lovely cottage, lots of cosy character but still spacious. Two well appointed bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Comfortable, tasteful bedrooms- very peaceful for sleeping. The owners seem quite artistic- there is a studio at the bottom of the garden. The cottage is filled with striking pictures and photographs, lots of attractive blue ceramics and stylish lamps. We were welcomed with homemade cakes, wine and fresh flowers on the table- very easy to feel at home. The location of this cottage is also excellent- Porthleven is only a 5 minute drive away, and it is 15 minutes to all the attractions on the Lizard....

We loved the open space living room, absolutely lovely garden and environment. It is clearly visible that everything is very well maintained. Sweets and wine as a warm welcoming gift. This barn is looked after by a lovely people. It’s lovely quiet place. Water pressure is low, and unable to use two showers same time, but otherwise was great! ...
