If you were to design a seaside cottage this is exactly what it would be like. We particularly loved the downstairs loo with its nautical maps and items. The views out of every window are stunning and it is very well equipped. Phil was extremely welcoming and helpful and responded very quickly to any queries. The only criticism was the lack of a shower over the bath otherwise we had absolutely no complaints...

Just returned from Flackstead where myself and family spent the most fabulous week . The house has everything we needed and is very comfortable, well looked after and in the most beautiful position with amazing views across the bay . Phil the owner was extremely helpful and was there to meet us when we arrived . There’s lots to do on the island and lovely walks around the house with easy access to the beach .
