Paddle boarders out on the water...there's always something to watch, even in winter!
Prince of Wales Pier is only a stones throw from the property were you can catch many different ferries to explore the Carrick Roads.
Swanpool Beach, Falmouth has plenty of water sports on offer.
Sunny Flushing beach looking back at Falmouth, it is just over the water.
Praa Sands is stunning and it is easy to explore Cornwall from this great location.

Lovely location, central yet quiet, can go out without the car if you wish. Car parking is tight so do follow the guidelines published by Classic Cottages.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. Showers were wonderful. The small things like having an abundance of hooks for hanging clothes was also appreciated.

An excellent location to enjoy Falmouth and the coast. A very comfortable, quiet and conveniently situated house. The narrow alley to the parking place is not as fearful as some reviews would have you believe. Take your time to line the car up properly and there's no problem. We drive a Hyundai Kona and got through without a problem....
