Please take care as the patio opens straight onto the unfenced quay.
The beach at Gyllyngvase is less than a mile away.
High walls give the rear courtyard ample privacy.
A quiet sheltered corner for relaxing with a book.
Paddle boarders out on the water...there's always something to watch, even in winter!
Prince of Wales Pier is only a stones throw from the property were you can catch many different ferries to explore the Carrick Roads.
Swanpool Beach, Falmouth has plenty of water sports on offer.
Sunny Flushing beach looking back at Falmouth, it is just over the water.
Praa Sands is stunning and it is easy to explore Cornwall from this great location.

We would certainly recommend The Pierhouse, it is so beautifully furnished and the views are amazing. Perfect location, tucked away in a quiet area but so close the shops, restaurants, pubs and the pier. Having the terrace on the water very special.

Very convenient location, within a couple of minutes from a Spar Grocery, and an excellent coffee shop (The Beacon) and less than 10 minutes walk from an excellent eatery - Indidog. An outlook over the moorings and harbour where there is always something to watch, easy reach of a number of National Trust properties and gardens, and beaches....

This property has been done to a very high level. Everything you can think of is in the Pierhouse. They have thought of everything! It's as lovely inside as it is outside! It's a 1mi walk to a Spa shop & has takeaways & restaurants very close by. Highly recommend the Pierhouse!...
