Please take care as the patio opens straight onto the unfenced quay.
The beach at Gyllyngvase is less than a mile away.

Paddle boarders out on the water...there's always something to watch, even in winter!
Prince of Wales Pier is only a stones throw from the property were you can catch many different ferries to explore the Carrick Roads.
Swanpool Beach, Falmouth has plenty of water sports on offer.
Sunny Flushing beach looking back at Falmouth, it is just over the water.
Praa Sands is stunning and it is easy to explore Cornwall from this great location.

This property is fabulous and in a lovely location. You can park the car and not use it, as there are boats close by to travel on, and the train station is not that far away. Lots of great shops in Falmouth, lots of lovely walks, and some great places to eat. ...

Thanks for your great review - Falmouth is really well served for public transport, and our top tip in the spring and summer months would be to jump on the ferry across to St Mawes and then up river to Truro for lunch and a spot of shoppng, followed by a beautifully scenic train ride home.
