Well situated appartment with modern amenities.

Instructions to gain access to the premises could of been more clearly explained as to where the key box is actually located on the wall. You can't see it as you drive up to the gate as it is hidden around the corner. The man from the fish and chip shop next door came out and showed me where it was located and told me that very that everyone who stays can never find it!! Would of liked a washing machine. Very noisy through the night, people drinking in the bar around the corner and very early morning lorry deliveries. Having said all that, location is brilliant, especially with 2 elderly people, made their walking about so much easier. sky tv was a bonus. Loved Brixham, stunning place. Can't wait to come back!

Thanks for reviewing 1 Pump Street Mews. We're so sorry you had some problems finding the key safe upon arrival - we'll certainly forward this to the Property Manager to see if this needs to be made a little clearer for the future. 1 Pump Street Mews doesn't offer a washing machine at present as this isn't mentioned within the 'features' section of the description. If this is an important element to your holiday please do get in touch and we would be delighted to help you find something in the future. The property is located right at the heard of Brixham so a certain level of hustle and bustle is unavoidable (especially at this time of year) though we're so pleased to hear the location worked perfectly for you overall and we hope to see you again in the future. A superb location, large property. All of the equipment you need is available. Could be superb with attention to small details.

Brixham is a lovely location and the apartment provided an excellent base for visiting the town and the wider area. We would like to add a thank you for having us at such short notice and for the tea tray and Carrot Cake.

The flat is in a central location which is useful for accessing the town. It is, however, quite noisy early morning as it is next to a public car park with recycling bins and opposite a supermarket opening from 6am - 10pm.

The location of the parking space is on the quay which is awkward to manoeuvre around.

Thanks so much for sharing your review, we're so pleased that you liked the central location which puts all amenities within easy reach once you've parked up in your dedicated space - a real bonus in Brixham, with the slightly closer public car park as an alternative if you prefer. Being in the middle of a lively working harbourside town does mean you'll experience the hustle and bustle, and occasionally the necessary 'behind the scenes' jobs such as the recycling collection. We hope the disturbance was short-lived and you had a great stay overall. Tanya, Customer Support

A really great modern apartment with an excellent location right in the heart of Brixham close to all the amenities. It has the great added bonus of a parking space close by.

All of the above. However, positives were that it was very central and clean and the cake and milk on arrival were nice touches
