The pretty fishing town of Looe. Enjoy some traditional seaside fun, try your hand at shark fishing or indulge in a fish and chip supper on the harbour.
There are some wonderful beaches to discover with stunning scenery.
Lanhydrock House, gardens and parkland makes for a great day out whether learning about the history of the house, admiring the gardens, wandering the parkland or taking to two wheels.

Very peaceful, lovely views across the open countryside, we did not see any deer but evidently they are quite often seen in the field at the back of the cottage, wonderful bird song and very inquisitive squirrels!!

Great location, everything on-site or to-hand, no need to venture out (provided you take your own food, although the owners did say 'takeaways' knew the location!). Alternatively, the glorious coastline is only a short(ish) drive away.

The Owners are on site, they are so welcoming and helpful. This is a wonderful cottage with plenty of space around. The location is remote but that's part of the charm (don't be put off by this, once you get your bearings it's easy to get around and there's little traffic you'll meet on the lanes). We had a wonderful time during our stay and happy to stay around the cottage if we didn't fancy going anywhere....

The property exceeded our expections . It was spotlessly clean and the conservatory in particular was delightful - especially since we had poor weather and were not able to use the outdoor facilities. The dog walk to the bluebell woods was much appreciated. Our hosts were very pleasant and helpful....
