The beauty of Laurel Cottage are the hosts who go above and beyond to ensure a very relaxing holiday. The beautiful touches with little treasures in alcoves, fresh flowers and wonderful nibbles on arrival are so welcoming. Superb comfort with beds, bathrooms, seating and outdoor furniture and little important touches like plenty of hangers and beautifully equipped kitchen meant that we wanted for nothing and could just relax and enjoy our holiday. ...

We had a really lovely stay at Laurel Cottage. Suzannah & Alan were so helpful with directions & very friendly & welcoming. Living next door they were on hand to help when we needed, but the cottage also felt very private & is a lovely place to spend time. The garden was wonderful & a great place for my daughter to play, I wish we’d stayed longer! Would love to come back!...

This is a lovely well equipped property and the owners are welcoming and helpful, we especially enjoyed the apple cakes made from their own apple trees. There is plenty to explore in the gardens and perfect paddocks for dogs to run about. There are local walks through the village and down to the beach and although the walk back is a bit steep it is possible to go by car. This is a comfortable, quiet and peaceful place to holiday. ...
